That is what James Balch, M.D., coauthor of Prescrition for Natural Cures says. Try it you have nothing to lose. Sip two to three cups daily quells constipation, indigestion, and other digestive upsets in about 48 hours. This is from research that has been done. How many or how much I don't know. I am guessing like 3 to 4 or so to 8oz of water bring to a boil, assuming everything will dissolve and liquify, then just take sips.

Destress With Scented Lavender

When you have a lavender scented room you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. I have tried it and it relaxes you. The reason is: Lavender increases production of sleep inducing alpha brain waves. All you have to do is place a bowl of lavender scented potpourri on your nightstand or simply add a few drops of essential lavender oil on a cottonball and tuck it under your pillow. The fresh scent of lavender will ease and relax you.
