Destress With Scented Lavender

When you have a lavender scented room you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. I have tried it and it relaxes you. The reason is: Lavender increases production of sleep inducing alpha brain waves. All you have to do is place a bowl of lavender scented potpourri on your nightstand or simply add a few drops of essential lavender oil on a cottonball and tuck it under your pillow. The fresh scent of lavender will ease and relax you.
